Help settle a discussion about having a head of hair vs heart problems

Would you rather have a full head of hair but also have bad heart problems? Or would you rather have to shave your head bc you're going bald but have a perfect heart?
Just had a female friend tell me that if she had a husband, she would prefer him to have hair with bad heart problems. That seems pretty ridiculous to me, but maybe that's because I have to shave my head because I'm going bald?

I have excellent hair but heart problems. Had a 12 hour open heart surgery at 36 last year. I would rather be bald.
