Believe me, if it were that simple I would. However, we're driving 90 minutes to her hometown and I'm not sure her family would appreciate me eating a meal before going out to eat.

This is the first time I will have spent any extensive time with the mother and also the first time I will meet my girl's sister, brother-in-law, and nephew. That in itself is already stressful enough.

nailed it

No dude worries about his diet this much unless he's fat and insecure or one of those skinny vegans with no muscle who think they're healthy

I'm a little pissed off at the restaurant choice to say the least.

Get a life dude

I am "health-conscious" also but you should relax. Have a single slice and be polite or don't go.

Dude, it's pizza. If you're so worried about it, eat a couple slices and go for a fricking jog

That's what I usually do before Thanksgiving dinner, but my knee and hip are currently messed up to the point where I can't do any sort of cardio.

Serious answer -

If you're that health conscious, I assume that you also exercise. I also assume that you count calories and keep up with your nutrition.

Just plan on the meal. Go for a run that morning or hit the gym. Lay off the carbs and fat. Eat a two egg omelette with spinach and no cheese for breakfast. A boiled chicken breast for lunch. Throw in some fruit or something.

Then have a slice or two of pizza. Order pizza with less cheese and more veggies/meat.

That should keep you in your calorie goals for the day.

Unless you're one of those that just thinks pizza is evil and dairy is evil or whatever.

So after you finish cleaning out your vagina, what do you usually cook yourself for dinner?

You said it best. If you are truly healthy, you can workout hard today and splurge one day. It won't hurt you.

Make a fitness game out of it.

For every slice of pizza, slow jog to the bathroom door and do 30 pushups. Every 12 oz of soda, do 20 situps right at the table. Her family will see how important fitness is in your life, and the situps will be a great icebreaker.

I have a hard time believing that there are people this weird out in the world but, on the flip side, I really don't understand the point of making a troll thread on such an odd topic.

But it's one or the other so something has to give.
