Traffic is already stopped at this time so they'll probably take credit for the slow down

My gf just sent me an email from a law firm in Mobile about that.
That would be really, really dumb and I'm dubious of the rumor. I think it's much ado about nothing.

As if the tunnel traffic wasn't bad enough. I'm leaving Gulf Shores in the morning and heading back through the tunnel. I'll take one for the team.

Mayor Stimpson has came out and denied the claims about both the tunnel and art walk.
