Anyone else ever have this problem and might have an idea what causes them? (other than being a pussy). Here in the last year or so, 95% of the time, I'll try to have a drink at home and within 20 minutes of having a drink or finishing it, an awful headache starts to come on.

Younger days, i used to drink like a fish and be hammered 3-4 days a week. You know, typical partying days.

Now? I'm lucky to drink two and not be miserable and it ruin my night.

Dehydration.

Drink atleast a glass of water between each drink.

What are you drinking? Beer, wine or spirits?

Ugghhh yes. Exactly what happens to me now. I just assumed I lost my tolerance when I stopped drinking more regularly. That, and being a pussy.

You should work on building up your dependency. That will help with the headaches. If that fails take some excedrin or tylonal.

What are you drinking. Things that are sugary like Margs always give me a headache so I avoid them.

Used to drink a ton. So it's not about dependency or tolerance. Maybe it is, who knows?

Can't now due to the fact that I have a headache 30 minutes in.

This happens to me if I drink wine. 1 glass is all it takes.

Don't take eccederin or Tylenol unless you want your liver to slide out your backside. Terrible advice. You're better off taking Advil or aleve. Water is your best bet though.

The sugar would get me. I don't drink liquor anymore really because of that and because the first scotch was like a warm quilt around my shoulders but the next seven turned that quilt into a cape so I could jump off buildings.

But scotch or bourbon with just a little water I could tolerate but anything mixed would make my head pound.

I drink a couple of beers now and occasionally a glass of wine. Just age and the desire isn't there much anymore.
