No.

This is just a dull ache. Not at all like a migraine or cluster headache. I've had those to the point that I had to lie down in a totally dark room and be completely still to keep from puking.

Happens to me sometimes. I usually take Sudafed original, spray Afrin and rub Vick's under my nose. Go laydwon in a cool place. Mine is always sinus related.

You could also have high pressure on your eyes. You would need to get that checked by a opthamologist. My son has that problem. As he gets older the problem is slowly going away.

Could also be eyestrain if you are on the computer all day. If this is the case you should take at least a 10-15 min break every couple of hours.

Caffeine dilates the blood vessels and it is in a lot of OTC migraine meds.

It is a sinus headache. Due to inflamed sinuses caused by allergies or a cold. Take ibuprofen and drink lots and lots of water.

Stress/fatigue, or sinus or occular migraine. Have checked. Not sure of your age, but sometimes the back of retina starts latticing (sp) and can cause some pressure.

At least it isn't a thunderclap headache. I have those occassionally.

Not being able to push through the pain for an orgasm is some serious shite.

I find it odd, too. I was commenting to my wife a few weeks ago when she had a bad headache that I couldn't remember the last time I'd had one. Then this. Hey, I'll blame her!

Likely sinus headache. Allergies have been brutal this season.

However...
only a doctor giving a proper diagnosis can eliminate all the scary crap that drove you to post your symptoms on a message board.
