He is only a good boy because he is dead. He is also respectful now, because he is dead.

That kid could have been the most spectacular kid of all time. He could have been an honor student and an eagle scout. He was committing and crime that he knew he could get killed in the commission of.

The guy doing the shoot could have been the most racist POS criminal on the face of the planet.

It just doesn't matter. At that point, it was not only a legal shoot but a just shoot. One that the shooter should feel no remorse over.

So, I don't care if he was a good boy. He likely wasn't, but it really just doesn't matter.

The guy doing the shooting was likely a law abiding guy because he was able to get a cch, but honestly, it doesn't matter. Good, justice, righteous shoot and I don't have to pay to put the kid up in jail for quite a few years.

The guy saved the system hundreds of thousands of dollars.

It does suck,but there's insurance for everything. $9 - $40 a month.

Unlimited civil coverage with highest premium plan. Curious about the fine print.

I would expect them to keep tgeir fricking mouth shut and grieve for their son in private.

the lady in the video is obviously wrong here but telling people how they should grieve is one of the most arrogant things a person can do.

It is considered, I think, third degree felony murder. It is true.

She deserves to be told to stfu & it needs to be stated in every case like this.

The family is NOT the victim in this case no matter how much they want it to be. The victims were caught in the middle of an armed robbery.

I fail to see how a group who's sole purpose is to protect the 2A can be crazy. What is crazy is the fact we need a group to protect Constitutionally protected unalienable rights.

Probably because they refuse to allow any reasonable discussion on gun laws.

Like you know what "reasonable" is. Problem with the fools that say things like you do is that they are wholly ignorant of the existing laws. Kind of hard to frame a discussion on "reasonable" and "common sense" when you know neither because you haven't done your due diligence with respect to current laws. Get an education on the topic and try again

Let me rephrase that for you since you're obviously a really intelligent guy who knows what he's talking about. I hope I don't sound too stupid, oh great one!

Probably because they refuse to allow any discussion whatsoever.

They taught in my CCL class that if you are involved in a situation like this and are completely in the right you may still get sued in this culture we have now days. It will cost tens of thousands of dollars to defend yourself even though you saved yours or others lives.

If the CCP holder does get sued in civil court, he should countersue the dead boy's family for emotional distress.

Who wants to have a discussion with a bunch of know nothings? Maybe if one side would drop their emotional baggage, hyperbole, and cult-like aversion to empirical evidence they might earn consideration for a discussion. Until then they are just going to sit and spin.

There has been plenty of discussion. As shown by Piers Morgan's current employment situation, America is still very pro 2nd amendment.

Because respectable people don't always commit armed robbery, but when they do, it's at the Waffle House.

That's why you advocate for laws that provide civil immunity for lawful self-defense. Many states do have such laws which means you can't be sued by the thug's family.

There is a never-ending conversation on gun control. No one is stopping that. The problem is that the control proponents lack the data to support their positions. Just because the control argument is weak from an evidentiary standpoint doesn't make it oppressed.
