If Captain America uses his shield against the power of He-Man's sword, he maybe could win. I also think Cap got the edge in combat skills. He is a super soldier.

But you've seen what Captain America's shield did to Thor's hammer come down against Iron Man, right?
And if he-man doesn't dismount, maybe Captain America could knock him off Battle Cat w/ the throwing of his shield.

Not a chance in hell. He Man makes one pass, cap throws his shield which bounces off He Man's abs harmlessly and then cap gets cut in half.

I don't know if this is true or not, but I read somewhere that people would make YouTube videos of that on a ten minute loop. Then they would name the video something related to child pornography and then report it to the FBI. Supposedly they're some law that says every report has to be investigated so some poor bastard at the FBI would have to watch the whole thing with audio to make sure there was no inappropriate material.
