Battled sinus issues / allergies for years. Cut my sugar and processed food intake by 75-80% and I haven’t had as many issues since.

I had UPPP surgery and a sinus reduction. My sinus issues are weird. I get nonstop drainage with no stuffiness.

I don't know if it's worse or not.

Had trouble breathing for a month. Felt like a fish out of water and thought I may be having lung problems even though I’m mid 20s.

Turned out my sinuses were so swollen that no air was getting through.

I definitely feel your pain. Never been happier to see a winter.

I’d much rather drainage than stuffiness

Meat, veggies, fruit. I try to stick to all natural foods but I still eat some ice cream, cookies, etc about once or twice a week. I also take honey and cinnamon every morning and drink lemon water all day which helps with inflammation and infection.

Neti Pot every morning. Started doing this 3 years ago and my sinus infections, allergies are no more.

For the most part. I limit dairy also. I have no idea that this is directly affecting my allergies/ sinus, can just say I haven’t had a flare up in a few months since starting this.

Used to have 2-3 sinus infections every winter. 5-6 years ago I started using flonase (1 snort a day in each nostril) and have not had one single infection since and I'm breathing better than I ever had.

same here...I basically had to stay inside all spring when I was young, as I would get just sick as hell from hay fever. started using Nasacort and have not had a single problem since...really has changed my life.
