Had to go to court in Ft Bend a few weeks ago for jury duty. There were 2 cases, one criminal and one civil. Both cases settled before we went in. So we sat in the room for about 2 hours then they let us go. I was actually looking forward to it a little.

I served on an aggravated rape case, very interesting. I would serve again as long as my job still pays me.

Only time I went for jury duty I wore a confederate flag tee shirt. Much to my surprise, I was sent home before 10:00 am.

I got called for it twice. Both cases settled before it went to trial though.

Served on one in Harris county, pretty interesting. Guy robbed another guy leaving a bar, shot him through the hand and into his jaw. Cops found the shooter in the projects not far from the bar.

How cute, the illegal alien wants to know what it's like to be a real citizen.

I must have that "look" as I have been on a sex abuse trial, big time drug bust , armed robbery and drug trial with undercover agents and informants.

Armed robbery was my favorite as the brain with the gun kept looking up at the camera above the counter. He finally stared for a good ten seconds with a curious look on his face. His side kick gathered the money from the frightened cashier.

Don't really want to serve on a jury again but if summoned I will show.

Guilty convictions on all cases.

I volunteer for it every nine months I'm eligible (you can do it at the post office for those interested). I rarely pay attention if I'm being honest, it's just good to get out and interact with other jurors. Always vote not guilty cause cops lie and people are good at heart, I think.

Just served at the Federal courthouse in N.O. Monday & Tuesday. I went into it pissed I had to go, and at the end I thought it was all very interesting. I'd do it again.
