Step 1: Grab tea kettle.
Step 2: Boil water in tea kettle.
Step 3: Grab funnel.
Step 4: Put the skinny end of the funnel in your butthole.
Step 5: Squat over steam coming out of tea kettle.

I have had patients rip some deadly ones while running a high temp. Pretty sure they steamed their assholes upon exit.
