still cup my bill. Can't stand a straight bill.

My son just got himself a new hat. That night, I bent the bill around a baseball and threw some rubberbands around it. Woke up the next morning with a cupped bill. It was for his own good.

Agreed. Masters hats are perfect fits. I have a bunch, but the navy/yellow/green unstructured ones that just have the date and the logo are the best. Had a friend borrow one once and still tries to buy it off me because they fit so well.

Hopefully one day they'll make a dri-fit type unstructured hat for the Masters, and my quest for the grail hat will be over.

Is wearing a hat backwards, mostly around the home, accepted by the OT?

They look oversized on kids and ridiculous on adults, so I disagree. I don't care what people wear, but they look bizarre on everyone if worn as a true flatbill.

The only mild exception is baseball players, on the field, most of whom bend the bill at least slightly anyway.

This is actually the correct answer. Intoxication is a prereq as well

No - that look was ruined in the late 90's by this douchebag:

It's weird that back when they were cool, somehow my bill got "frayed from wear" with the quickness.

Now that I am grown and they aren't cool for adults, I have hats that I've worn for years that have no damage to the bill's fabric.

I don't like mine frayed

having to constantly cut the strings and shite that fall down from the bill gets annoying, plus I feel like a teenager, but oh well

I used to have a white bass pro mesh back hat with the frayed bill. Thank God I didn't put a fish hook on it, then I'd have really been trashy

This. I am nervous to wash it because there has been no fraying of the fabric and I don't want it to start that path of unwearability.
