Rookie move. Sometimes you gotta see a situation coming and adjust. You could’ve still been a gentleman and gone through the door and held it open for her behind her, but then you’d have been in front of her in line.

Lesson learned. Some people aren’t worth the courtesy of being a gentleman.

This dude who was probably 5th in line walked up to the cashier, put his phone up to the scanner thing and just paid for her
Great. She probably told her friend that she covered the meal for her and got paid back. So not only did this due pay for someone's meal, that fat chick still got money from the person that placed the order.

Makes you think, should I listen to my upbringing and hold the door open for her and let this cluster happen to me by chance, or do I say get your own door since women want everything to be equal?

Should have come from way back with a high-velocity Shocker, two in the pink & one in the stink... you weren't going to be eating any time soon anyway.

Obviously not to this extent, but there's nothing worse than getting stuck by a huge order in these Chipotle-like places.

I don't understand why they don't cap it at like two orders per person with something like this. Otherwise, place an online order. And I don't understand how people can be so rude to think that something like this is acceptable. I'd be so embarrassed if I were that woman.

First, she didn't even say thanks but whatever.

I always give a very audible “you are welcome!” every time this happens. Usually confuses them and/or calls attention to their rudeness. Just my little win for the moment without telling them how i really feel.

Fat women are either very kind and fun or just absolute rude pigs. Not much in between

I'm sure Chipotle has an app she could have ordered and made all the separate payments with. People are completely unaware of the folks around them because we do not shame that behavior anymore. There isn't a consequence for these types

I don't go to Subway much anymore, but this was a common occurrence when I did -- some idiot with half of the office's orders scratched out on a sheet of paper. Double onions here, extra sauce there, all kinds of nuances on every sandwich. And once in a while....the inevitable phone call for clarification on the order to hold things up even longer.
