Has it been confirmed there was only one shooter?

Everything I read seems to say he was the one responsible for all the deaths. Do they still have others in custody?

I just read on CNN that the suspects they apprehended were released. The crowd had several men open carrying and wearing body armor, and the cops grabbed them in the midst of all the chaos.

Bill O'Reilly reported tonight that he acted alone. The police questioned the other three that were taken in and determined that they were not associated.

I think this was the news anchors combining different pieces of information and running with it. I believe the Dallas Chief said there were three people in custody being questioned and one person (the shooter) cornered and not cooperating with police. Suddenly it got turned into all suspects were not cooperating.
