Expensive Chrysler products are usually well built and you won't have any more issues on average than any other brand.

Their cheap cars/SUVs are fricking worthless though. If anyone says the words Dart, 200, Patriot, or Liberty run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

They're better than anything GM has put out imo. Damn good trucks and their SUV's are really picking up steam on sales around here.

I bought my first dodge a couple years ago. 14 ram 2500. Honestly I can say that’s it’s my favorite vehicle I’ve owned. Zero problems. There have been a few recalls, but all minor stuff and my particular truck never actually experienced issues with them but they fixed the not broken parts anyway.

Thanks for the feedback, all. I've decided I'll roll with a Challenger when I find one I like. Just see what happens. Life's too short

I enjoy mine!... Obviously added a few bells and whistles. You can actually fit people in the back seat. Unlike a mustang or Camaro.

I have a 2014 Ram with 58k and my wife a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 108k. The only real issue we have had is with the Jeep but it was a recall they handled with the engine free of charge. Part of the first two years of the 3.6 Pentastar

From my exp, it's about as reliable as you can get but I am sure others will still reference the 1980's.

I have a '16 Grand Cherokee and love it, I think its one of the best all-around SUV's on the market. For some reason you never see them in LA. Houston is packed with them.

I had an oil pump go on my '13 Grand Cherokee soon after I bought it and have had like five recall fixes, but I've not been out of pocket for any of it and no real problems the last few years.

The few vehicles they give a shite about are fine. Wouldn’t buy anything Chrysler outside of Ram/Wrangler/Grand Cherokee/Challenger.

I have a 2015 Ram 1500 and I love it.

It's my first Dodge and I haven't had any problems.

I did however buy that extended warranty.

I've had a charger or a challenger since 2006. Zero issues with every single one.

I have 2 ram trucks on the farm. Both have under 25k miles. Both have had 2-3 fuel pump replacements and one had to replace the wiring harness.

They fricking suck

My brothers brand new overland grand Cherokee (15ish) had the ac quit working the week he bought it.
Notice most of the replies in this thread are 50k-120k with no issues. Had you asked about Honda or Toyota the replies would be 250k with no issues. Chrysler products suck long term. Something cheap and fast? Go for it. A truck for 100k miles or less? Go for it.

On the fuel pump stuff: This is your fault. You've either put shite fuel in them or have tried modifying the fuel delivery system, which is 100% unnecessary.

2015 Jeep GC Overland 4x4. Easily the worst car from a problem standpoint I've ever had and dealer support was pitiful. From strange rattle to problems with the multi-mode suspension, to gremlins in the Nav/entertainment system. Sold it with 15K on the clock when I could stand no more. Great looking vehicle, nicely appointed (the open pore wood trim was some of the best-looking wood trim I've seen in a vehicle). Once driving down Line Ave. no other cars anywhere near, crash mitigation system activated and car hit full on brakes. That was it for me. I see a lot on the road and can be had cheap used though.
