My last two bills have been around $20 when it is usually around $75. It shows a balance forward CR on the bill but I dont remember over paying any time.

Any body else getting discounted rates?

I'm seeing just the opposite. Had 2 vacant houses flood, sewer is normally 1.0 or 1.5 cu --- was 13.5 for both houses that flooded.

I think I got charged for all the river water draining down my bathtubs during the flood?

I've had several friends post on FB just today that there's were twice as high as normal. Perhaps they are absorbing 50% of the unusually low people's bills

Just trash pickup is $20. Did you recently purchase the house or hook up services? They charge 11.5 CCF sewer ($45) until they get 4 months or so of your water usage and then add credit to the bill after that.
