I had to resort to putting triple antibiotic ointment on a few weeks ago. had tried all things you listed including carmex, to no avail. Two days of the tripleB and it was all clear.

i remember my mom buying this "Ting" stuff once when i had something like that. from what i can tell now it was for stuff like athlete's feet.

I started running a humidifier at home.
I also used Tinactin for the corners since that is all I had at home.
All more better now after several days.
