Has anyone had their flood insurance claim processed?

My sister filed her claim with her flood insurance and the adjuster has been out to her house multiple times, but they still haven't come back with their quote/report. She has a contractor on hold, but is worried about losing them if she can't get her flood insurance adjuster to finalize the claim. Has anyone had their flood insurance claim processed and finalized so they can begin repairing their house?

I'm in the same boat. Adjuster keeps telling me next week. From the people I've talked to, it seems very few people have received their claim report yet.

make sure everything on the POL looks good to you. the ones my clients have given me have been extremely low.

I wonder why her adjuster is taking so long. The contractor has already put together his estimate.
