I don't necessarily need to lose weight but it seems to be a very convenient and healthy way to eat dinner each night.

I hate eating out but I also hate to go to the grocery and figure out what to cook each night for dinner.

Nutrisystem basically takes the hassle out of going to the grocery store.

Has anyone tried it? If so, how was the food?

You can make your own nutri system at a quarter of the cost.

Can someone move this to the food board?

Check the sodium. Most frozen meals have too much.

My mother in law tried it. She did lose weight with it.

I think she said it got too pricey.

It's full of preservatives. Just eat meats, veggies and fruit. Better for you and save you a frick ton of money.

just do tv dinners, snack bars, and meal replacement shakes and cut out the middle man.

I believe that's all places like her and weight watchers do, except maybe some counseling or some shite.

Easy shopping, microwave, and no dishes except maybe a fork

Are you an accountant?

Order seems important to you.

I posted this on the wrong board. I forgot there was a Food Board on this fine website. I remembered after I posted it here on the O-T

Guy at work and his wife did the Nutrisystem diet. He said it was rather expensive. All we knew was he could clear out a room pretty quick.

It works okay if you stick to it, but it's expensive. There is no magic bullet to healthy weight loss other than eating in moderation and exercise. You just have to have self-control.

Wife tried it, but all the meals gave her terrible stomach pains. Not worth it in my opinion

NutriSystem isn't frozen food.

Edited to add: Years ago when I was on it, there was no frozen food. Looks like there might be some now.

It's been a long time (many many many years) but I have done NutriSystem.

I liked the food and do not recall the side effect reported by another poster.

It does get expensive.

I think you still have to provide vegs and fruits. So that means you still have to grocery shop.
