Hard Skills Vs Soft Skills, Which are more important for career success?
I'd say almost always soft skills.
Hard skills are much easier to learn, IMO.

This could also apply in the bedroom

In most white collar professions, it's hard skills to get the seat and prove your mettle. At the risk of using business bullshite jargon, soft skills allow you to "leverage" those hard skills into the next level, whether that's in a managerial role, or generating revenue/raising capital.

If you meet someone with all hard skills and no soft skills, you'll know what's more important. Remember that antisocial nerd in your math class that aced every test, but couldn't function in social environments? Soft skills are far more important

Depends on the job and the definition of success.

I tried to show my admin my hard skills and was immediately reported to HR

Millennials don't have soft skills.

I have hired lots of people over the years. No question, soft skills. If given sufficient time, people can learn the technical parts of the job. Initiative, work ethic, team work, etc. can't be taught.

Soft skills. Hard skills can be taught and become commodities in the upper ranks unless you simply have some mastery that is atypical. Soft skills can only be refined.

Depends on where you want to succeed in porn.
Generally if you lick it (soft skill) before you stick it (hard skill) you will go far.
Did you miss class that day?
