Do you realize that him losing will only promote him to actually go through with the threat of Section 8 rentals right? The HOA that turned him into the city will be the losers in the end.

The good thing is that he'd have to really cut rents for them to qualify... you would hope he has enough business sense not to do that.

This also affects the large population of psych patients that live together and in turn save money by living 3-4 people per rent house, usually paying 400 a piece. Why do you think louisiana damn near leads the country in psych inpatient, outpatient and day programs.
