She was coherent enough to send a text to her bf that a specific person gave her a ride and that he should remember to offer social grace to him
drunk as frick people who are barely coherent send out texts all the time.
just b/c a person is capable of sending a drunk text doesn't mean they were sober enough to consent.
shite, drunk as frick people who have no memory of the night before often are somehow able to drive home too ya know...

Yep, and why was he is her house to begin with. She wanted it.
So you think every time a woman lets a guy in her house it means she wants to have sex with him?
He couldn't have just carried her in while she was passed out? He couldn't have asked if he could pee? He couldn't have asked for some water to sober up? There is no other logical explanation for him being in the house other than "she wanted it"? Really?
shite, even her friends getting dropped off first isn't anywhere near some kind of proof that she was into the dude. Maybe they were super drunk too and weren't thinking properly? Maybe they are just selfish and didn't think about protecting their friend? Maybe they were simply too trusting for their own good?
I'm not really able to make a real judgement on if this is legit or not since I don't have access to the texts, her friends side of the events, her BFs full explanation for what he found when he walked in, or the alleged rapists version of the events but good god this board uses the worst fricking logic sometimes.
And yet somehow people still wonder why women who are raped are hesitant to go to the cops.

Since I don't have access to all the evidence I can't say.
Going w/the facts at hand I'd say the potential reasons I gave for him going into the house are just as likely as her actually wanting to have sex with the guy.
However, I am absolutely sure that simply being allowed into a home doesn't equate to "she wants to frick!!!" and anyone who actually believes that it does is a complete moron who thinks way too highly of themselves.

I just said it's 50/50 going by what I read in the OP. W/o more info it's just as likely she was into him as it is he somehow got in the house to rape her.
Either way, the logic of "If she invited him in the house it means she wanted to frick" is total garbage and anyone saying that is a total idiot.

When taken alone, yes, it is. It's also idiotic to ignore all other factors in this circumstance.

Why else would she invite some dude in her house after midnight after they had been drinking and socializing for hours?
I swear, its like some of you have never hooked up with a random chick before.

Gentlemen, it's 2017.
If you don't have voice recorder in your pocket for the explicit purpose of capturing conversation before, during, and after sex, you are just asking for rape charges.

No. No it isn't.
I'm also not ignoring other factors. I haven't declared the dude a rapist but I'm not going to simply assume "drunk girl lets man in house = she wanted it it" either b/c that's an asinine position to take.
Again, she may have passed out in the car and he carried her in. She may have stumbled in and he followed her. He may have asked if he could use the bathroom. He may have wanted a water for the road.
These are all legitimate scenarios for what might have happened.

Anybody wanna bet she had "regrets" after the bf found them?
Maybe she was eating a Milky Way.

Done it many times thank you very much. Was also smart enough to not try to hook up w/a girl who was blatantly wasted b/c I'm not a shitbag.

I've listed reasons out several times now. We don't even know if the guy was actually invited into the house.
You've never driven a person home and asked to use their toilet before you take off? Really?

No way, man. Women never do that.

Sounds rapey
What kind of boyfriend walks out on his girlfriend who is supposedly getting raped? Why didn't the boyfriend curb stomp the alleged rapist then call the cops to come claim the body?
