Guy charged with rape of Tulane student, after her BF walks in on them

Agreed. This seems a bit beyond the typical "oooppss, I got caught ummm. RAPE!" If I remember the original story, ole boy went after her while she was passed out face down in the middle of her living room. Even to someone who lived through some questionable times at LSU in the 80's, that one would be obviously off limits.
