It is going to boil down to cuuntish behavior by Rapinoe and Ramsay not wanting to put up with it.

I now like Gordon Ramsay even more than I did before.
And I would bet the ban is almost certainly because she was an insufferable jerk to staff/ servers. But she will claim it's discrimination because she's a lesbian in women's sports (very unusual and brave).
