? If you wanted an inspector, you should have done it throughout the job. What's he gonna look at with all the walls closed?

Flush your money down a toilet. It'll help you about the same as a inspector. They're worthless and their reports are a joke.

Also, a code enforcement person has inspected that house while under construction. He at least knows building codes unlike most independent inspectors.

All the homes I build are inspected. They will walk the roof and check penetrations. That is worth the $400. I prefer A Pro. They go there and do a thorough job. Massive checklist.
