Gonzales man wanted on sexual battery charges

Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for James Simon, 35, who is wanted for sexual battery and oral sexual battery
It was learned that Simon asked the 15-year-old juvenile to take a walk with him and they ended up in a nearby shed. Simon then forced the juvenile to perform a sexual act on him, but the juvenile was able to escape from Simon,
