Was a Ping Karsten TR putter regripped with a super grip fatso 5.0. Putting has improved dramatically since then.... still not an expensive putter though paid $120 i think.

I love ping true roll putters. I think they really make a difference.

I also have a full set of Ping eye2 irons that ive had for 25 years maybe and i will never get rid of them. I rotate them in sometimes.

Same here.... I've had mine since I was 16, so just under 20 years. They were my dads prior to that. Finally decided to upgrade 2 years ago and went with the Ping i20s.... I absolutely love them but will also never get rid of the Eye2s.

well... b/w that club and a little coaching from my scratch golfer buddy during a couple rounds i've improved dramatically. been rolling the ball really consistent with good speed. it saved me today at the bluffs... the driver was not nice to me today.

Same here. Grandfather bought me my first set at 14 and played them exclusively until I was 36. Now at 39 I still play them every once in awhile. Best irons ever made period

I've finally started playing consistently for about 2 months now. Dropped my handicap from 23 to 13. Play Greystone, copper mill and beaver creek mostly.

Low 80s at beaver. Mid 80s at copper. Low 90s at Greystone. But I putt the best there because the greens are truer even if they are much faster. The driver is used so little there.

those greens look any better since they plugged them bout 4-6wks ago? and did beaver get rid of the ground hornets that are guarding the sand traps? frickers were out of control the last time i was there.

I will chime in. Here is my set:

- 10.5 Miura SIT driver with Graphite Design Tour AD XS shaft.
- 15 TaylorMade R11s 3 wood with stock Phenom XS shaft. Tried other shafts and didn't like them as well.
- TaylorMade Rescue11 hybrid or Miura 1957 2 iron depending on the course.
- Miura Tournament Blade 3-9 iron
- Miura Classic wedges in 48, 52, 56 and 60 degrees with spinner shafts.
- Bettinardi Studio Stock #7 putter with a Super Stroker.

All the irons have custom ferrules and shafts. I even have my own Mitchell lie/loft machine in my work room like a real man.
