Have been using the Titleist NXT Tour S Yellow for a while. Bought a box of Srixon Z Star Yellow last week to try. They were pretty similar to the NXT for me.

I've heard that Live Oaks is pretty badass. I've never played it though. It might not be long enough for you though.

This is what I'm using. The yellow helps me find my ball easier when it's in the woods or water

You gonna come play? I'm assuming this could be a one day LTLACN vaca, and be back before the sun sets on our womenz.

I'd consider getting up real early for a morning tee time. That would be a loooooong day though.

whatever ball is on sale. in all honesty unless you are a single digit handicap (which i know most of TD is) then the ball makes no difference. I buy cheap ones because it makes losing them less painful. I typically use Nike's

We'd leave here around 7, play for 10, get home around 5.

Not too bad. I just wanna hit some new course somewhere.

I beg to differ. Distance control is one of, if not the biggest thing, amateurs struggle with. That 10-12 yard difference in one ball to the next could be the difference in several strokes during a round. Different balls have different feels off of a putter head too. Those extra feet on putts could turn a decent round pretty shitty if there isn't any consistency.

Agree, I tell people even if you are shitty buy all of the same cheap ball, its makes a difference if you are serious about getting better.

Yep

Golf has too many variables

At least make your ball a constant since it's the easiest variable to control
