I'd like to try an M1, but I don't think it's going to look good at address.

Something about a black Titleist 913/910. It's the perfect driver.

They should just keep making those.

Cobra Fly Z is a nice driver, but whatever you get - get fit.

Pro's seem to be enjoying and switching to the 917 Titleist pretty quick, it will be the next driver I try, didn't care for the 915 series.

I hit it once. It landed 3 ft from where my 913 did on #9 at La Tour.

You saw it. Just looked less sleek on the deck at address.

It looks surprisingly good at address. Having said that, I think the M2 feels and sounds better. I'm using an M2 3 wood, and that thing is Nitro baw.

Callaway XR and don't be afraid to try "Callaway pre-owned" I have used it and have been very happy with my clubs gently used clubs. Amazon also has callaway pre-owned stuff.

Anybody try the Bombtech Grenade Driver? Plenty of hype but I've never actually spoken to anyone who's used one.

Rick Shiels did a video on one. Think he was surprised by it, but it didn't put up any ground breaking numbers.

Got all of you beat, I rock a Taylor Made Ti Bubble 2 with a s90 shaft ! LOL, don't laugh, I hit it in the fairway and distance isn't a problem. But I'm looking for a new one, just can't pull the trigger.

If you are serious about your game get fit. Find a local place that does fittings don't get fit at Goldsmith, Dicks or Golf Galaxy they don't do a good job. I would recommend Edwin Watts though for fitting they are good. Getting fit is the only way to find your driver, I would bet money you will walk out with something you were not even considering.

do not get fit by anyone other than a pga club pro somewhere ... they will use all the bells and whistles, plus a few the retail stores do not have ... if you're going to spend $400 on a new driver, then spend $200 getting fit for it ...

I'd let you hit mine but you'd break my shaft with the first swing. Regular flex so my old arse can get some extra yardage.

What if you're going to spend $150 on a slightly used two year old driver?

Seriously. Is somewhere like Golfsmith that bad? I think they use GC2 launch monitors. I know guy at Golfsmith =/= PGA Pro, but for comparing multiple drivers and getting numbers a retail store with decent launch monitors can't be that bad.
