You'll love the area as it rivals the Venice/Boothville bar scene which is just a hair or notch below Bourbon Street.

In Venice a bunch of years ago there was a straight out bar room brawl at the double deuce.. It looked like a scene from Roadhouse. Good Lord that place. Got hit in the face with a thrown bottle and some bitch was running around with her top torn off.
