So for my 24th I've decided to hit up Vegas. Never been to a casino before so it's all going to be pretty new to me.
To anyone who's been what's the best place to stay, eat, casinos, clubs
inb4 strippers and blow

Get in a cab and tell the cabbie "it's rhino time".
Thank me later.

The strip clubs like all strip clubs are a rip off. There a thousands of sites on how to do Veags. My opinion is that the strip is terrible. Old downtown Vegas is much more fun.

remember, vegas is totally devised to do one thing...they are very good at emptying your wallet...the whole shite is set up to make you feel like a high roller so you will spend your money....
that said, it is a damn cool place. every casino has some shite that is over the top to draw folks there, so be sure to see them all....and the best part is, they are all free! check out all of the stuff like the fountains at the bellagio, the pirate show at TI, the aquarium at mandalay bay, etc. you can kill a whole day doing all of that....
fwiw, wear some comfortable shoes, as you will be walking your arse off....

Hotel wise, it all depends on what your budget is. Bally's, Harrah's, Mirage, Paris are all decently priced and have a great location on the Strip. If you want to take it up a notch, Aria, Vdara, Wynn/Encore, Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, etc. are legit..but keep in mind that you'll only need your hotel room to sleep, shower, and change.
Downtown (or "Old Las Vegas") as they call it is pretty cool too. Rooms, food, booze are cheaper there than the Strip, but you'll spend a shite ton of money on cabs going back and forth. There's also The Deuce, which is a bus that runs back and forth from downtown to various places throughout the Strip. 24 hour pass is $7, but it takes forever to get where you want to go.
The Fremont Street Experience is a good time, as there's always live bands playing and what not.
As far as clubs go, Tryst, XS, Surrender, Marquee, Omnia, Hakkasan, Drai's are all of the heavy hitters. You can check out wantickets.com and do a search for Las Vegas to see what events are happening.

Probably a good idea
And for money I'll probably have a good bit saved up, nothing in the 5 digit range but good enough

Solid advice here. My two cents is that if it is within your budget stay at Wynn/Encore. Tryst, XS, and Surrender are all there and you can bypass the long arse line if you are staying at the hotel.
Spank, I don't think TI is doing Pirate Show anymore. They built a Senior Frogs and shut down the show as I recall.
Wherever you stay at least walk through the other casinos....The Venetian, Cesars, Bellagio, Cosmo.
What time of year are you going? Summer is really really hot and winter can be brutal (I went in January and it was fricking freezing and the wind was awful). But if its warmer at least you can lounge by the pool.

The Downtown Express is another option with fewer stops. Along the Strip only is the monorail.
I'll usually go about once a year and stay at a variety of places, comped of course. You can stay a few days on the Strip and then a few days Downtown to get a variety of experiences.

I'm going September 25 of this year. It'll be my first time, and I'm pretty stoked.
