Supposedly they are nothing but orgy fests for low-wage workers and they never wash their hands when preparing food.

I hope that helps.

If you're a water drinker, they sell a case on board for like 3$ now. You can't carry bottles on anymore. You can bring 1 bottle of wine per person.

Diving/Snorkeling in Cozumel is amazing, even in January, their water is warm.

Don't waste your money on the alcohol plan unless everyone in your room plans to drink 15 mixed drinks per day for the entire cruise.

Like others said... take the stairs.

Absolutely.
What's with the excursions?
I'll try not to.
Thanks

I don't know much about Carnival. Weather in the northern Caribbean this time of year is decent, but not great. Lots of clouds and such, so if sunshine is your desire, you might be disappointed.

Royal Caribbean would be my choice.

Call each location you plan to disembark and make your own arrangements...will save you 50% or more. Go look at the excursions on the ships website, pick the ones you want to do, then book em yourself

In Montego Bay, we did the Appleton Estates rum tour.
Highly recommend. Much better than going to the water falls in Ochos Rios IMO (did that when I was younger).

Cayman Islands, we did the catamaran to Stingray City, went to Hell, and the Turtle Farm. It may be the most touristy of touristy things to do, but if you've never done it, you should.

In Cozumel, our expedition (XRAIL to Jade Cavern) left early and we missed it, so we just went to some random bar and drank and ate chips and salsa and did some shopping. Kinda bummed about that, because it looked fun. But we had a lot of fun on our cruise with that itinerary.
