My hillbilly cousin from West Virginia tried to set one up to get people to help her move to Alaska. She asked for $20,000. Everyone blasted her on the message board and she eventually just closed it down.

dude needs to get a life. There are a lot of us out there that would love to tournament fish and it's simply not do-able because of lack of funds. I'd love to do it more than I do but the reality of it is that anything over the top financially is detrimental to my family.....
and so I fish small circuits, once a month, and I make do. If I wanted to go big time, I would try to line up sponsors to make that work... not beg on social media.
