I took the husband to Ruth Chris last night for an in between our birthdays dinner. It was his first time. He typically prefers steaks he makes to restaurant steaks but he hasn’t shut up about his cowboy ribeye yet.

when I order a steak I tell them to time the moos after they shoot it, when it's 3-5 seconds between moos take it off the grill and bring it out

It one time, same steaks at Ruth Chris, are the same ones sold at TJ Ribs. This was when my nephew worked there. Since Moran owned both.
I went to TJ’s one night with friends, I had gone two days before and had the ribs. After sitting down the table next to me, the guy had a Rib Eye, I asked how it was, he said the best he ever had. So that what I ordered. It was one of the better I’ve ever had. Then I’m talking with my nephew, he tells me about the steak delivery truck.
