Dang fish.That picture brings back memories.Last time I was in a house like that I had to drill 100's of holes and run wire.Good times.

That's cool, man. Question, I've seen it said that stickering wood and natural air drying takes anywhere from 6 months to a year but that's mostly from up north people. How long do you think it takes here in the south to air dry wood?

Don't have a moisture meter. But after sawing fresh fell pine trees, stacked in stickered, the weight drops off more then half in about three weeks.

Now hard wood I found it stays heavy a lot longer.

Rule is 1" thick takes a year to air dry. I'm thinking here in the south for pine, maybe 6-7 months in the summer.

Oh, I have a wood burning stove coming in that I will be installing. My plans are to keep burning it thru the winter to help dry everything before I start hanging sheetrock.

frick if were in the SEC East we may have 3 more national championships. Hell we still got a Fricking ways to go just to reach the SEC championship. Florida's path beat Vanderbilt. Whoah. Beat Florida St. and then they are in the national championship conversation
