It's a rarity for me to sleep. VA tried to give me pills years ago but I've seen what those "meds" have done to other friends and refuse to take what the VA tells me.

And to be fair, I refuse most meds by my PCP too
I figured coffee in the morning and cold beer in the evening sounds good enough.

Good morning, Cajun I take melatonin to help sleep, but nothing more serious. Ambien sounds fun, but I don’t really want to be found sleepwalking outside at 3am. Or ordering 20 lbs of gummy worms on amazon (which a friend of mine did without recollection).

So true. My Dr gave me all kinds of crap to try in help me sleep. Only thing that worked was 10 mg of valium. But the next morning I felt all hung over.
Chunk that crap in the shitter and just sleep when I can.
