A little slow but they throw large bonuses at us to make up for it so I can't complain. About to go on vacation again so life is good.

I was stationed with a few blacks. I don't know that I'd say all our conversations were civil but it was a different atmosphere.

I think the cost of the stuff takes half the price. The other 50% has to cover wages, commissions, buildings, utilities, office supplies, etc. hopefully leaving 3%-5% as profit for the owner or reinvestment in the business.
