I've got a spare otter box if you want to drive to Texas.
Switched to a life proof and happy I did. Worth the extra 40 bucks. I haven't had to take it out it's case yet. Was having to dry the otter box out every few hours with this damn humidity and sweat.

I actually hated the lifeproof case. The cord that connects to listen to music would always screw up the sound, so I'd have to take it out the case to listen to music for running, travel, etc. Plus it's overpriced.

It was pricey, yes. But the waterproof aspect has made it worth it for me. Haven't had issues with the headphones yet.

It's definitely far and away the best customer service. I guess they can't really control issues from 3rd party vendors anyway.
