Got this brown sugar brine I'm gonna try with cayenne to spice it up.
Got this inject receipt from my uncle that calls for a spicy kick to the butter so I'm kind of interested to see how it shakes up. I plan making 3 different batches of the inject today for taste testing. I have a spare Turkey that I may test run today with the batch I think is the best.
Only problem is that the test Turkey won't be fully brined but I figured it'll do.

The sweet and spicy brine is gonna be good.
Tomorrow is gonna be awesome. All I'm tasked with is stuffed mirliton this year. Sister in law got a turducken for the second party of the day. So, I'm gonna be completely stuffed Thursday night. Gonna need Imodium for the deer stand Friday morning.

Morning OT.
I used to do that occasionally at Thanksgiving at the main Table,after the meal.When it's just my Sister,Aunts,etc.
Put a hot-button topic on the table and step back.It was too easy.
I've had a change of heart,so,no more of that.
We've probably all done that.It may be hard-wired into us.

Hey Soldier. Y'all pretty serious about smoking a bird. I always dump a can of Hawaiian Punch in my water. Makes everything taste better.
Well I used to until someone thew my smoker away because it was clutter or something. Still scratch my head on that one. Or maybe all my smoked stuff tastes like crap to her and that took care of that. Hmmmm. I'll have to think about that.

I am extremely serious about Turkey on thanksgiving
And about throwing stuff out, my SO threw my college recliner out my last time overseas. I get into the desert, call home to see how things are, and my SO tells me the house is less cluttered now that my chair is gone.
