Girlfriend Has Dropped Dreaded SJW Terms On Me; OT Advice, Please

Somehow we found ourselves discussing purported sexism in the legal world, and she mentioned a few buzzwords that got me triggered...
While I will admit that the legal profession is definitely a man's world in several aspects, she expressed disdain at the fact a local judge refers to female attorneys as 'girls'. She then tells me that men don't realize how these words "trigger microagressions" in female lawyers, and further that he should probably be disbarred. Overall, I think he is a decent judge, and a pillar of the community in several respects.
She is brilliant, and is usually onto something with her keen observations, but is this a sign of things to come?

Calling any woman over the age of 20 girl will probably give them the redass...I'm not even close to PC and I wouldn't do that. That isn't about PC imo, but about being disrespectful.
