Time for a plank road special, he will be old enough for his First hooker.

I would say hook him up with his English teacher….but the kids can do that on their own these days, it seems...

I’m helping out with this big buddy program here in BR. This kid likes sports, video games (superheroes, shooting), books. OT parents, what did you give your child for his birthday? It will be his 12th.

My son is 12. One thing I've noticed he and his buddies are really into is socks....Yes, socks. But I'm not talking run of the mill tube socks, ankle socks or dress socks. No, these are the colorful knee socks from either Nike, Under Armour, or one of those types of companies. Just a couple weeks ago we had to buy my son a $20 pair of pink & black Nike socks for him to wear during his football games in honor of breast cancer awareness month. From what I can tell, these socks are like the big thing with boys that age.

Here's a link to what I'm talking about...

AS you can see they range in price from $14 - $50 a pair. Seems crazy to me but this is what they're into now.

For his 12th I gave my son a Yamaha YZ-250.

IN this case I would take him to a Pelicans game since he likes sports.

Saw that soon as I posted. AS for me, I've been in the TD pokie. Glad to be back though.

That's weird because when I was 12-13 I was into socks as well. That was around the time the FAb 5 at Mich was wearing black crew socks and such. I collected different college color coordinated basketball socks. Had to be fresh for the black top.

Now as an older cat I enjoy my colorful/different dress socks

Fake ID.

For employment, not booze. No reason a kid that age shouldn't be working 20-30 hours a week.
