Sorry to hear that. Breakups suck and sadly only time will make the pain go away. Not getting wasted drunk, not screwing everything in sight. Those two things may help to temporarily distract you....but the pain just waits for you to sober up or stop banging randoms.
Take some time for yourself to just be alone. DO NOT try to stay friends with her right now. Not even if she suggests it. Will only delay the pain(know this from personal experience).

Word of advice. Don't blow her phone up or stalk her. It will push her further away. Let her know how you feel and step back. You'll have a better chance of her reaching out to you in the upcoming weeks. If she says she wasnt happy it's better now then after you pop the question.
