Refuse to believe this. Why would anyone willingly say you, the chubby one, you're the one woman I want to sex until I die.

Are you old fashioned?

You should talk to your dad about marrying his daughter.

That's why I say CZ, the only way she finds out is when she goes to trade it in. Kind of that last littl "frick you"

How DeBeers created the market for diamond rings
quote:

A worldwide decline of diamond prices in the 1930s led the Oppenheimer family to begin their world famous marketing campaign, "A diamond is forever."

Henry, son of Ernest, traveled to New York in 1938 to meet with advertising agency N. W. Ayer. The United States was seen as the next big market for diamonds, and a very effective game plan was formed to sell diamonds to Americans: convince them that diamonds equated love.

Through advertising, men were convinced that the size of the diamond in an engagement ring showed how much they loved their fiancée. Movie stars were shown wearing diamonds in the relatively new motion pictures. And the most effective piece of advertising came in 1947, with the creation of the tag line "A diamond is forever." This later become the company's official motto.

As a result of these campaigns, the number of brides receiving engagement rings, and diamond prices in the U.S., increased dramatically.

14 months is pretty short dude. I wouldn't consider it before 2 years. My friend played it smart and dated for 8.

32 minus 14 months...I'd say she's been fricked a lot.

My husband proposed after 8 months of knowing each other. Just celebrated 10 year wedding anniversary. And, no I wasnt knocked up at the time. We waited 6 years before we had kids.

As far as ring goes, you can't go wrong with a nice solitaire diamond ring

Save the money on a ring and take a vacation to Europe.

Lol. Probably.

I hope all people that are happily married, stay married.

I caution all the young people that are thinking about it to wait.

It's all going out and partying now.

Once you get married, it's still fun, then kids come, mortgages, bills, jobs, and stress. It's all about the family. Which is good, but it's not all about OT 10's all the crap on here.

Then you get old, and die.

Good luck.
