if applicable to your area, call entergy. I did this a few years back for a light in my neighborhood. They fixed it relatively quickly. The technician even called me after he fixed it to let me know that the job was done.

I had one out by my old apt. I called the city and it was fixed within a week.
Fwiw, the light pole and everything was fine, it was the light that had been smashed and the entire fixture removed.
