Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if he did do it to himself. It also wouldn't surprise me if they gave the prisoner coming forward with that information a lesser sentence or something in exchange for him to say that.

Bottom line, we will never know what happened.

so why should i be concerned. Nothing i can do about idiots crying bc some criminal is dead. I will still get up and go to work tomorrow if they burn that city down or not. Im not going to worry about that crap. If that happend where i lived, i guarantee you when people started showing up to break into buildings and loot and shite there would be more bodies left laying for them to protest over

Well, people need to learn that they cannot burn buildings, cars, etc., like petulant children in order to force the hand of justice.

The judicial system need to learn to enforce the hands of Justice equally, from the poorest man, to the richest man .

Without justice, in a free democratic society, can there be real free peace ?

they don't care what the facts are. Its just a chance to loot and cause chaos. No matter what happens or what the actual truth is.

The can put the police in an electric chair or let him walk free they will still riot.

Well, when that tpos witness gives a statement that matches forensic evidence it makes them a little more credible.

yea, what they need to do is stop slapping the wrist of habitual criminals. Put their arse in jail for longer periods of time and make them face the consequences. Maybe then they will stop the cycle.

You should fix it from the inside.

Go rob a bank, resist arrest, and fight the system from within.

hitting your head so hard against a van as to sever your spine is quite the accomplishment.

It appears the cops did not restrain him in the van, so there is at least a negligence issue.

I do find it amusing that some on the OT put so much stock in one criminal to demonize another because it fits their cause.

With that said I don't think this is a good case to rally the anti-police crowd around. The "isolated" case in SC factually would be better.

But with all of the events that have happened recently, I don't think facts really matter to the people on the street.

You are right. So lets round up every criminal that burned/looted/assaulted officers and disobeyed curfew.

How many lives is the dead drug dealer responsible for ruining? Hard to tell isn't it. How many deaths has he caused? How many orphans is he responsible for creating? All questions that folks should be asking too.
