6 weeks ago it was 33.5. Made the call to get off my arse. Joined CrossFit (insert joke here) and started a nutrition program with macros. Now it’s 30.6 and dropping every week.

Body fat down from 31.2% to 26.8% and muscle mass up from 92.8 to 96.4
