Georgia Cop Shoots Man in Face During Traffic Stop

It happened just after 11 a.m. Friday morning. in the northbound lanes of Interstate 75 near mile marker 71.
According to a report, a trooper from the Tift County post pulled over a female driver of a Jeep Grand Cherokee because she was speeding. Officials said she was going 98 mph.
During the traffic stop, the trooper got into an altercation with a man who was a passenger in the car.
The trooper fired his weapon once, hitting the man in the face.
The man who was shot was still alive after the shooting, according to Turner County Sheriff Andy Hester. His injuries were not considered life-threatening.

Seems like there is something missing from this story.
What race was the passenger ?
Was he white ? Nothing to see here move along.

Here's a free lesson. Tift County is nowhere remotely near Atlanta, and is pretty far south in the state. Recent demographics show the area as being 65% white to only 28% black.
I cannot find data on the number of Jeep owners in Tift County.

You guys are sick for defending this cop. So what someone might get in an argument with you, does that mean you can just shot them in the face? Just bc your a cop doesn't mean you have the power and it is quiet opposite really. Protect and serve much? Tift Co is a little south of me and cops are bad in my county already.
