Every single day going to and from work I sit in this traffic due to construction. Can someone give me a fricken ETA on when its supposed to wrap up?? Also, what the hell are they even doing? Drainage work?

Doing major road construction on two basically parallel roads near each other{Jones Creek Rd and Oneal Lane is not
good planning...just saying.

My office is in the middle of the construction. I asked one of the guy's directing traffic about 4 months ago what was the projected time frame for completion. His response, with good weather, 18 to 24 months. Which really means 3 years.

Are they not running a night shift crew as well?? Weather should not be an excuse to be behind schedule

You think running two shifts is free?

Depending on the type of work, it most certainly can be.

Negative on night shifts. But in all honesty, it hasn't been too bad so far. There are the rush hour congestion issues, but for the most part, been impressed with the way things are going.

Complaining about construction on a messageboard is so trashy.

Must be like painting that bridge between Natchez and Vidalia. My dad always said, by the time they finished, it needed painting again.

Well at least it's not next to the bathroom.
