Our previous neighbors were a young gay interracial couple (dudes).
That's so progressive that my kids (who don't exist yet) are going to put it on their college applications

All the talk about keeping their house in pristine condition is true. I lived in Gentilly and a gay couple purchased the house next to mine. They bought it from white trash. Their house went from garbage to a show house. Too bad Katrina wiped it all away...Oh and one of them cooked/BBQ like a pro chef.

exactly......we had a gay couple live across from us in the past. awesome neighbors and great people, and their home was gorgeous.

Yeah, the best thing that every happened to your property value was having to gays move in. They will probably take much better care of their house and yard than you do.
