I remember when Hussein invaded Kuwait, gas went up to 1.20 over night. I had to pay 30 bucks to fill up my truck. Rough times.

I will not compare my badass country to countries in those shite continents. Just because they pay $5 a liter and I pay $3.75 a gallon doesn't mean I should shut the frick up. I feel like I should pay $1 a gallon in America because it's that much more badass than any other country.

Actually it's because the benefits of oil cracking in the mid west, Texas, and other places is beginning to come online. In the next few years the us will be the power house in energy production.
Google how much we are exporting for the first time since the early 1990's. Billions will be staying in the states instead of going to the Middle East. As natural gas production increases Eastern Europe will begin to buy from is rather than Russia eliminating their credibility Lang with the need to care about the Middle East. This is a game changer for the us. Instead of 10 billion a day going to our enemies we will be having that money from around the world coming to our shores.
