The biggest problem with all of these cars is the aging of computer and tech equipment.

1930 car - you can find someone to rebuild almost every party.

More modern electronics - not so much
With the advancement of technology and information sharing, wouldn't it be easier to build the part or parts yourself?

Honestly it's already pretty old "26 years". But I loved my 91 ford ranger in high school and I'm already looking at getting one and restoring it to Cruise around in.

Lots of parts available and some websites dedicated to fixing them up.

The 2003-2004 Mustang Mach 1 and SVT Cobra could fit the bill. Still fairly simple technologically speaking, made in limited enough numbers (Cobras even serialized), name recognition.

Not even those, but that body style GT, the last ones with the 5.0L engines I could see becoming classics.

Those are great but I think the 2001-2006 were the best looking Tahoe Z71.

Chrysler Crossfire SRT

Wife owned one. When I sold it I had lots of guys calling looking for a weekend coupe/driver.

It was a fun car to drive, think the somewhat rarity will help it, the pedigree isn't too bad with Karmann/Mercedes/AMG. Unique look and interesting story to tell at shows.

It will never fetch 100k bidding wars, but I can see someone getting it as a piece.
